About me
I’m a certified ADHD coach with professional and academic qualifications. Alongside lived experience, I’ve completed extensive taught and self-study in ADHD and autism and coaching, drawing on years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.
Before specialising in coaching, after studying at the University of Liverpool and at University College London, I built a career in communications, education and the charity sector to director level. That varied experience informs my practical, flexible and person-centred approach and my understanding of the complex environments many clients navigate at work.
I work with adults and some teenagers across the UK — privately funded and through the DWP’s Access to Work scheme — to create strategies that improve, through various means and in many ways, the wellbeing of clients.
My coaching is professional but warm and real. I’m collaborative and my coaching is highly individualised, helping clients find real, sustainable change and self-awareness.
I am Advisory Director of The ADHD Collective, an online membership community for ADHDers where I deliver and co-host webinars and group coaching and support sessions.
I am also a mum, a wife, a big fan of dogs, books and boxsets (I’ve always got a good recommendation if you need one!)

“When we first started, I was stuck with asking for help, and I didn’t really know what that even looked like. Over the last year, so much has changed. A year ago I would have laid there and tortured myself, annihilated my self because I didn’t have the confidence… the self worth… the self esteem. Now I can give myself time and grace and take a more constructive next step. Thank you.”

This is some of the recent the professional development, study, training and experience that continues to shape my practice as an ADHD coach, so clients and Access to Work funded visitors are aware of my commitment to development and up to date knowledge behind the support I offer.
