About me
I’m a certified ADHD coach with professional and academic qualifications. I’ve also completed extensive specialist study in ADHD and autism, drawing on years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.
Before specialising in coaching, after studying at the University of Liverpool and at University College London, I built a career in communications, education and the charity sector to director level. That varied experience informs my practical, systems-focused approach and my understanding of the complex environments many clients navigate at work.
I work with adults and some teenagers across the UK — privately funded and through the DWP’s Access to Work scheme — to create strategies that improve, through various means and in many ways, the wellbeing of clients.
My coaching is professional but warm and real. I’m collaborative and my coaching is highly individualised, helping clients find real, sustainable change and self-awareness.
I am Co-Director of The ADHD Collective, an online membership community for ADHDers.
I am also a mum, a wife, a big fan of dogs, books and boxsets (I’ve always got a good recommendation if you need one!)
