One to One Coaching

ADHD coaching is different from standard life coaching — it’s designed for minds that work differently.

As a qualified ADHD coach, I understand how ADHD affects everyday life, and I help you work with your brain, not against it. While coaching isn’t therapy, it can feel very therapeutic — grounded in confidentiality, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Sessions take place on Zoom, usually last 60 minutes, and can be booked in blocks to suit your needs.

One to one coaching can be paid for privately or via Access to Work.

Coping Strategies Training

Think of this as specialist coaching, where we create an individual work and health plan for you and your ADHD

Each person with ADHD is unique, and their challenges are personal to them. We will spend time assessing what those challenges are, and how we can work together to create a programme of sessions. This may include exploring issues like time management, focus, organisation, and handling workplace stress.

 Goal Setting

Coaches work with the employee to set realistic goals based on their assessment. These goals might focus on improving focus, reducing overwhelm, managing deadlines, or fostering better communication.

Other elements we usually cover:

Time Management and Organisational Skills

Focus and Attention Techniques

Stress and Emotion Regulation

Social and Communication Skills

Dealing with ADHD is often a dynamic process, and so our strategies are adjusted based on feedback and the individual’s experience over time. Not a one-size fits all!

Disability Impact Training

This one-to-one coaching programme supports self-understanding, practical problem-solving, and confident self-advocacy in the workplace.

As a qualified ADHD coach with specialist training in coaching, communication, trauma, autism and safeguarding, my approach recognises how ADHD often overlaps with other conditions, and how this can uniquely affect your work experience.

What a typical 5-session programme (5 x 90 mins) may cover:

  • Understanding how ADHD shows up for you at work - how is ADHD specifically impacting you

  • Exploring co-occurring challenges (e.g., trauma, autism, physical disability such as EDS or autoiminnue issues)

  • Identifying your strengths and areas where you need support

  • Navigating disclosure and advocating for your needs

  • Creating practical tools and strategies to thrive at work

Sessions are structure but are tailored to your goals and context—empowering you to work with your brain, not against it.
