How it works
My coaching is designed to bring clarity. We work together to understand how ADHD shows itself in your life, not anyone else’s, and how to move past the patterns that hold you back. Each session is focused on real breakthroughs — practical, personal, and designed to create lasting change.
After each Zoom session you’ll be left with key insights, reframes, and sometimes resources to support you. You’ll also have access to bite-sized audio coaching from me — so if something comes up between sessions, I’m here to help you keep moving forward.
